Add a possibilty to create more conditions per delivery entity
I need a possibility to add more than one condition to a delivery entity. For example:
#1 = For BasketTotalPrize >= 0 && <= 149.99
#2 = For BasketQuantity >= 30 && <= 99999999
In this way it is possible to disable a delivery set if the Quantity reaches a given limitation.
The current setup is insufficiently flexible for this request.

We too need an option to "disable" a shipment type.
Our idea was to add a checkbox "Positive match disables the shipment type" . This checkbox automatically activates the checkbox "No further rules after this one" , as we don't want to reactivate a shipment-type that has already been excluded by prior rules.
With this option we could create rules like:
1000 -> Once per basket -> weight: >= 0.001 and <= 1 -> Shipment-Type: Letter -> available
1100 -> For every article -> weight: >= 32.001 and <= 999999 -> Shipment-Type: UPS -> disabled
1100 -> For every article -> weight: >= 32.001 and <= 999999 -> Shipment-Type: Truckage company -> available
1110 -> Once per basket -> weight: >= 50.001 and <= 999999 -> Shipment-Type: Truckage company -> available
1200 -> Once per basket -> weight: >= 0.1 and <= 85 -> Shipment-Type: UPS -> available
We want to buy an article with a weight of 35kg
Rule 1100 would activate the shipment-type "UPS".
But we want it to be deactivated!
If the checkbox "Positive match disables the shipment type" is set, the Shipment-type "UPS" would be deactivated and rule 1200 would be skipped.
We want to buy a set of articles with a total weight of 60kg, each article weighing less then 32kg.
The ruleset will end up in offering UPS and Truckage company.
